CD-R publication of the Guide

A CD-R of the Guide was produced for legal deposit to the State Library of Victoria and the National Library of Australia, and a copy was also sent to the University of Melbourne Special Collections. We submitted an online form for an ISBN for the CD-R version via the University of Melbourne website [ Sheree Evans is the contact for the ISBN and Legal Deposit Unit at University of Melbourne, Special Collections. When the form didn’t work I contacted her and she submitted the application for an ISBN for me.
