Abstract

This electronic document provides a template for writing papers for the conference. The conference proceedings will be published in an electronic format. The full paper file shall be written in compliance with these instructions. The author is asked to submit a paper in MS-Word and PDF Portable Document Format (PDF). Both files shall be saved with the full first author name as name of the file. Please review this document to learn about the formatting of text, table captions, references, and the method to include the indexing information. An abstract not exceeding 300 words, in one paragraph, and with no references. It should appear on the top of the first page, after the title of the paper in chapter titled "Abstract" (without chapter number), after the names of the authors and the contact information of the corresponding author.

1. Introduction

This instruction gives you guidelines for preparing papers in the second international Dust Storms Conference, 2017. We hope to give these conference by-products a single, high-quality appearance. To do this, we ask that authors follow some simple guidelines. In essence, we ask you to make your paper look exactly like this document. The easiest way to do this is simply to down-load a template from [2], and replace the content with your own material. All papers must be written by Microsoft Word 2003 or 2010 and be submitted in *.doc format or *.docx one. Also *.pdf format of paper must be submitted.

It is expected that authors will submit carefully written and proofread material. Spelling and grammatical errors, as well as language usage problems, are not acceptable in the final submission. The length of your paper should not exceed 15 pages. Papers should clearly describe the background of the subject, the authors work, including the methods used, and concluding discussion on the importance of the work. Papers have to be prepared in English (British or American). Technical terms should be explained unless they may be considered to be known to the conference community. Acronyms should be written out at their first appearance.

Format of the main titles must be in Times New Roman, 10pt, Bold. The main text of paper must beTimes New Roman and 10pt, Normal. All subtitles must have one size less than main titles.

Your paper must be in one column format with a single line spacing between lines and the margins are set as follows:

  • Top = 3 cm
  • Bottom= 2/5 cm
  • Left and Right = 2 cm

2. Paper format

The uniform outlook will help the reader to follow the proceedings. This can be obtained most easily if authors use this template file to construct their papers. Please note the following details: this template is an A4 format. All text paragraphs should be single spaced, with first line intended by 10 mm (0.4 inch). Double spacing should only be used before and after headings and sub-headings as shown in this example. Position and style of headings and subheadings should follow this example. No spaces should be placed between paragraphs. Please do not change any of the above mentioned page, paragraph and font settings.

2.1. Equations

Equation must be written in a two column table with no border like the following example. (Using Microsoft Equation recommends):

The font of equations must be Times New Roman, 10pt, Normal.

2.2. Fonts

Papers should use 11-point Times New Roman font. The styles available are bold, italic and underlined. It is recommended that text in figures is not smaller than 10-point font size.

2.3. Tables and Figures

Figure captions and table headings should be sufficient to explain the figure or table without needing to refer to the text. Figures and tables not cited in the text should not be presented. Styles Heading Table and Caption Figure are available in this template. The following is the example for Table 1.

Tables and figures should be placed close after their first reference in the text. All figures and tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Table headings should be above the tables. Figure captions should be centered below the figures. Format of the Table headings and Figure captions must be Times New Roman, 10pt, Normal. The following is the example for Figure 1.

2-4. Page size

All material on each page should fit within a rectangle of 18 × 23.5 cm (7" × 9.25"), centered on the page, beginning 1.9 cm (0.75") from the top of the page and ending with 2.54 cm (1") from the bottom. The right and left margins should be 1.9 cm (.75").

2.5. References

In the text, a reference identified by a number in brackets. This number is number of reference at reference list at the end of paper. References should be listed at the end of the paper in alphabetical order. Articles in preparation or articles submitted for publication, unpublished observations, personal communications, etc. should not be included in the reference list, but should only be mentioned in the article text.

Conclusions should concisely state the most important propositions of the paper as well as the author’s views of the practical implications of the results.

6. Acknowledgements

A short acknowledgement section can be written between the conclusion and the references. Sponsorship and financial support acknowledgments should be included here. Acknowledging the contributions of other colleagues who are not included in the authorship of this paper is also added in this section. If no acknowledgement is necessary, this section should not appear in the paper.
