Project Guidelines: Please read the following project guidelines carefully

·  Produce a plan/report outlining the solutions that could be provided for each of the criteria outlined in the project requirements provided below.

·  If you have questions and other concerns feel that may affect your submission of the report/brief, please inform the assessor immediately.

·  Please read introduction carefully, and then answer all the required criteria.

·  Remember your work must reflect competency at Australian Qualifications Framework Level – Level IV Certificate IV

At Level IV the Characteristics of Learning Outcomes are:

·  Breadth, depth and complexity of knowledge and competencies would cover a broad range of varied activities or application in a wider variety of contexts most of which are complex and non-routine.

·  Leadership and guidance are involved when organising activities of self and others as well as contributing to technical solutions of a non-routine or contingency nature.

·  Performance of a broad range of skilled applications including the requirement to evaluate and analyse current practices, develop new criteria and procedures for performing current practices and provision of some leadership and guidance to others in the application and planning of the skills.

·  Applications involve responsibility for, and limited organisation of, others.

Proof of competence with this qualification requires a learner individual to:

·  demonstrate understanding of a broad knowledge base incorporating some theoretical concepts

·  apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems

·  identify and apply skill and knowledge areas to a wide variety of contexts, with depth in some areas

·  identify, analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources

·  take responsibility for own outputs in relation to specified quality standards

·  take limited responsibility for the quantity and quality of the output of others.

Introduction

·  The purpose of this assessment is for you to demonstrate the ability to fulfill the requirements of the performance criteria outlined for this unit of competency.

·  You should make reference to organisations workplace documents, policy and procedure, and reports and may use your learner guide, magazines, industry magazines, brochures, periodicals, books, scholarly publications, etc. that you can find to obtain information about the relevant project criteria, but you are not limited to these.
Make sure, that you keep accurate records on all sources of information so that you can document your sources with accurate in-text citations and in the reference section at the end of your submission.

·  You are expected to work in a group or by yourself and provide complete minutes of the meetings and discussion notes for the assessment task project.

Instructions on Writing a plan/ report

You should submit your report/proposal/checklist information in the following format:

1.  Answer each and every criteria/question.

2.  Support your submission by referring to workplace documentation

3.  Provide complete information about any legislations being explained and used.

4.  Do not assume that the trainer understands everything.

1.  When working in property services it is essential to identifying changes to legislation and industry codes of conduct affecting agency operations and to maintaining appropriate and up-to-date records of legislation and industry codes of conduct.
