Please read the manual carefully before using for correct installation and use. Colors of the picture is just a reference, please in kind prevail.
Preparation
Check the item number and the accessories, make sure they are correct and complete.
Choose SIM card of GSM network. (Please switch off before putting a SIM card)
SIM card needs to support GPRS and caller ID display function
Installation of APP on the phone please ask for reference from your dealers.
Bar code or two dimension code for user registration.

5.1 The mobile scanning two-dimensional code download
Scan the following two-dimensional code using the phone, select Android or IOS system, Download the corresponding APP.
5.2 APP registration
Log in before you need to manually register the account, the registered ID by scanning the bar code or manual input, Device ID number bar code located on the box or watch the back (next save your device ID number so that the password is lost in case of re-registration).
The user name is not less than 4 characters (letters or numbers), ID and the user name is the only one can not repeat, other information customers can enter their own, password can be modified.
6. APP Settings
APP for the first time login, some functions need to set up before you use.
6.1 Set SOS numbers: Can set 3 numbers, press SOS button for 3 secs to trigger alarm and dial 3 numbers in circulation. If no one’s answered, circulation dialing for 2 times ends.
6.2 Monitoring: Generally set parents numbers,after setting, watch calls the numbers automatically. On the watch side, You can’t hear voice from the phone. But phone can monitor watch.
6.3 Watch working mode:3 Basic working mode: normal, power saving and real time tracking mode. Different working mode, different uploading intervals. You can set working mode based on your needs.
Normal mode: uploading interval is 600seconds
Power saving mode: uploading interval is 3600seconds
Real time tracking: uploading interval is 60seconds
6.4 No disturbing time: This period will block all phone calls
6.5 Messages alerts setting: Low power, SOS, watch remove 3 kinds of message alert switch
6.5.1SOS Emergency Button
Press SOS button 3 seconds, screen shows SOS alarm status. Circulation dialing 3 SOS numbers twice. If the phone answered, then will stop dialing. Not answered will continue to call until twice over. Device could send message to monitoring number( default close), in the mean time APP send notification alarm.
6.5.2 Take Off Bracelet Alarm
Device bracelet with sensing switch. Device need to wear at least 3 minutes the take off alarm will work. Device send the alarm message to monitor number (default close), in the mean time APP send notifications alarm.
6.5.3 Low power alarm
Device battery status shows by percentage, lower then 20% alarm working. Device send the alarm message to monitor number (default close), in the mean time APP send notifications alarm.
6.6 Children contacts: Support 10 number to dial watch
6.7 telephone book: Support set 10 numbers and two ways function, watch and phone can call each other.
6.8 remote shutdown: Through the phone APP to watch to turn it off
6.9 Restore default working mode: Default working mode (GPS opens for 24 hours daily, uploading interval is 10 mins)
7. APP part function
7.1 Intercom: Support talks between watch and app
7.1.1 App sends voice messages: Once recording starts, app begins to record voice and send it to the watch, the longest message is 15 secs. Short Press the button SOS to play the recording.
7.1.2 Watch recording: long press the power on button to start recording, loose to send recording messages, the longest one is 15 secs. App will receive message tip(how long to receive the message relates to the network status)
7.2 Map: Real time checking for the position of Watch
The map displays position of watch and app mobile. Click “position” to start real time tracking for 3 mins, the loading interval is 10 secs, after 3 mins it restores to default working mode. You can know the watch positioning mode on map interface. Location mark displays red is GPS positioning, blue for LBS position.
7.3 Health
7.3.1 Step Count
Device with 3D sensor, smart count step when walking or running. User could know the sport situations though APP. (Step count function default close)
7.3.2 Sleep monitor
Judge user’s sleeping status according to frequency and scope of watch overturn. Default detection time is 10:00p.m to the next morning 7:00 am. You can query the related data on app. The default set of sleep monitor function is off.
7.3.3 Exercise
According to the step count, step distance and weight. (Step distance and weight could be set)
7.3.4 Sport travel
According to step count and step distance to calculate the result. (Step distance could be set)
7.4 Geo-fence alarm: Geo-fence minimum radio is 500m. When users get out of the Geo-fence will trigger the alarm.
7.5 Love encourage:Choose numbers of love on app, click OK to send it to watch, and it will display on watch screen.
7.6 Clock alarm: Support 3 alarms, you can set alarm on your personal needs.
7.7 Anti-lost: Send instructions when your watch is not on hand, the watch will ring and press any button to stop ringing.
7.8 Power Off: Device could have button power off without SIM card, APP remote power off, blackout power off.
8. Trouble shooting
8.1Press the power button Watch screen is not lit, or charge no response.
Make sure the charger to other phone is properly charged, the charger for charging the watch two hours
8.2APP registration failed
82.1 If prompted an account name already exists, replace the login account to register again
8.2.2 If prompted device number is registered or device number does not exist, in the case confirm correct input device id number, contact your dealer or upload reducing device ID number, and then re-register.
8.2.3 login or password is forgotten, contact the dealer reduction ID number, and then re-register.3. If this is the first time to start the watch and can’t connect the server, send instructions to the app and it displays device offline. Please check:
8.3.1Make sure SIM card is GSM network
8.3.2 Make sure SIM card is 2G network and support GPRS
8.3.3Make sure IP, port and ID is correct, ID is pasted on the back of the watch. You can text pw,123456,ts# to the watch(watch must be switched on and has SIM card in it)
8.3.4 If you can’t register, there are two reasons: a. Hint the device ID number doesn’t exist or already been used, must turn to the dealers for help; b.Hint the account name has been used, then change for another.
8.4Unable to call the watch, the watch can call the phone, but the phone can’t call the watch.
8.4.1 Watch unacceptable unknown number calls. Settings in the phone app, SOS, contacts, telephone any one can add the phone number
8.4.2 Check APP No disturbing mode
8.4.3 watch phone card need to open the Caller ID
8.4.4 If the phone card has short number, in APP settings need to add the number same with caller ID.
8.5Watch the time accurate.
8.5.1 Watch insert SIM card, after some time, it will automatically calibrate time.
8.5.2 If the phone card properly, using the mobile phone to send text messages to calibrate the watch time: pw,123456,ntpservers,agpsc.3g-elec.com,8899#
9. Precautions
Do not put the watch immersed in liquids
This product cannot work in the case of power off and no signal areas.
Please use standard 5V charger and original charging cable charging
Do not disassemble; modify products, to avoid malfunction or danger.
