You provide the decorations along with incentives of your choice. All incentives will be due by December 4th. The tree and its incentives will be auctioned to the public by Mike Roan on December 11that the Lycoming Mall beginning at 7:00 p.m.! Your company or organization’s name & tree will be seen by tens of thousands of people shopping at the Lycoming Mall. The event will be promoted on five radio stations, on banners, fliers and, the internet as well as featured articles in the Williamsport Sun Gazette and the Webb Weekly!

The Festival of Trees is a fundraiser to support the programs offered to the local community by The Salvation Army. During the three weeks that the trees will be on display at the Mall the public will vote for their favorite tree by donating $1 per vote. You will be given a voting box (with the picture of your tree) to be placed at your business or organization to help increase your votes. In addition you are now able to vote on-line for your favorite tree (information will be give to you when you register). The group earning the most votes will receive the “People’s Choice” award. So be sure to encourage your associates, customers, and friends to vote for your tree. Then at the live auction, the tree that raises the most money will receive the “Best Overall Tree” award. Both winners will be featured in our newspaper publicity and on our web site!
