H / Authorize - Payment-in-lieu-of-tax (PILOT), agreement, as detailed in Exhibit “B”, with Jefferson Clinton Commons, LLC for the new construction of a 90 car parking garage, 53,000 square feet of commercial spaces, and 18 condominium residential units. The PILOT agreement will apply only to the parking and commercial portions of this development. The PILOT payments will be shared with Onondaga County, and will commence in accordance with the Real Property Tax Law and General Municipal Law. The SIDA Board approved the PILOT agreement on October 16, 2007. / H
