Mass Appraisal Practices and Procedures

·  Teaches students how to use Excel and SPSS to analyze data and apply it.

·  Heavy emphasis on data accumulation and analysis directed toward the cost approach

·  Learn to use the graphing and analysis tools within Excel

·  Builds on concepts learned in IAAO 300

Instructor David Cornell, BS, MBA, CAE, MAI, President of Cornell Consultants. Has served as the Assistant Director for the NH Department of Revenue Municipal and Property Division and has served as the Chairman of the BOA. He is a Certified General Appraiser and a Senior National Instructor for IAAO. Also, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Certified Excel Expert. David serves as Chapter President on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire-Vermont Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Course Fee & Enrollment

The course fee is $635, which includes a Student Reference Manual. To register for this 30 hour course, complete and return the enrollment form along with your payment in full.

Cancellation Policy Credit Voucher

Cancellation for any reason prior to August 1st, will be honored by a Credit Voucher that can be applied to fees by you or your assignee for any future class offering.


Education Credit

IAAO will certify 30 hours of qualifying education credit for each student who successfully completes this course.

Certificate of Participation

will be issued by Ohio Ad Valorem School when NO exam is taken
