EXPERIENCE

·  Tom Wilber became Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO in September of 2009 after becoming a partner in 2008. Prior to that Mr. Wilber worked for General Motors Corporation in Detroit at the Clark street plant for 2 years.

·  In 1988 Mr. Wilber started his Entertainment Industry career. Daily responsibility for several US based bands that included conference calls with record/sponsor company executives, band managers, booking agents, venue managers, press and radio contacts, merchandise and Artist Representation managers. Performing concerts in all major US cities, arranged interviews with press, TV and radio contacts in those venues, worked with union help without incident and managed to be on time every time. Also responsible for all financial accounting and cash settlements for concerts, merchandise and recording sessions. Touring in the US, Japan, Canada, Jamaica as a tour manager, live sound engineer, musician, and recording engineer for RCA and Arista Records.

·  1992-2004 Operations Manager and Recording Engineer, White Room Studio & Soup Can Music Studios responsible for managing all artist recording sessions and maintenance of recording equipment. Also responsible for billing and closing accounts receivable for all sessions. At Detroit based Soup Can Music, Tom recorded with the famous recording artist Aretha Franklin the“Queen of soul” In 2004 on the release of “So Damn Happy” album which was nominated for a Grammy. Also worked with Burt Bacharach, Anita Baker, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

·  Mr. Wilber is currently working for Faurecia automotive seating as team leader responsible for the launch of quality and quantity of completed seat assemblies for Chrysler. Provide leadership and direction to the team to problem solve all quality and process issues. Responsible for leading a daily discussion with team members regarding the top five quality and process issues under the Faurecia excellence system. Met Chrysler seating requirement for quality, units per hour and craftsmanship ahead of schedule resulting in $12M re-payment to Faurecia Automotive.
