TYROLIT PRESENTS the World’s Lightest Wall Saw

The new WSE811*** By Tyrolit Hydrostress is currently the lightest compact electric wall saw on the market. With a cutting depth of up to 315 millimeters, it is ideal for most cutting tasks.

Schwaz/Austria, April03, 2015: With the world’s lightest wall saw, TYROLIT Hydrostress once again demonstrates the company’s pioneering role in innovative solutions for machining reinforced concrete. Among other TYROLIT highlights, the new WSE811*** is being showcased at Intermat 2015 in Paris (hall 7, stand 126).The ultra-lightweight compact electric wall saw will be available from TYROLIT sales companies and sales partners from the end of April 2015.

Innovation made by TYROLIT

Created in the 1970s out of Hans Bieri’s mechanical engineering firm in Zurich, TYROLIT Hydrostress introduced the first fully hydraulic wall saw as early as in 1983. This highlight was followed shortly after by the market launch of the world’s first fully automatic small wall saw.Based in Pfäffikon in Switzerland, the company has been part of the TYROLIT Group since 2001 and regularly develops new products for concrete machining as well as for special projects in controlled demolition. With the launch of the WSE811*** wall saw, the company once again demonstratesits pioneering role by enabling precise work at full power without compromising on compactness or ease of use.

Uncompromising – Reliable – Lightweight

What makes the WSE811*** stand out from the competition is the perfect balance between the weight and performance.With thesaw head, control unit, and driveall being combined into a single package, this true lightweighthas a maximum power output of 9 kW at 16 A at just25.4 kg.Due to the integrated design the wall saw operates withonly one power supply and one single water connection. Perfectly coordinated, weight-optimized system components such as the track and blade guard allow for easy setup and takedown, ensuring simple operation and maximum mobility when cutting windows and doors.

The WSE811*** is driven by a P2® drive. With this high-frequency technology, integrated permanent magnets reduce heat as well asmotor speed, take the strain off machine components and cut maintenance requirements. Combining TYROLIT wall saw blades with TGD® technology therefore ensures the best possible results and a high level of reliability.
