•Thesiteisopenforsettingupfrom3.00pmSaturday2nd May 2015.

•Wendy(SWBorderers)willbe availableincampSunday 3rdMay5pm-

7pm,tosolveanysiteissues.

•A moderncampingarea;to the frontofthemainCastlebuilding. Moderncampsitesaretobesharedbetweengroups.

•Allmodernvehiclesaretobemovedfromtheshowgroundby9.15ameachday.Carparkingis available,asdirected.Allvehiclesmustbeparkedintherelevantcar parksduringtheopeningtimesoftheshow. Anythatarenotwillberemovedfromthesite.

•Allstands(trade,re-enactorsand military vehicles) must beopened and manned throughoutthetimetheshowisopentothepublic(10.00am-5.00pm).

•Nogunfirebefore10 amorafter6pm.NoBBgunsallowedonsite.Allweaponsonsitemust complywithcurrentU.Klegislation.Noblankroundsorpyrotechnicsmaybebroughtontosite unlessprearrangedwithorganizer.

•Beertentwillcloseat11pm,Quiettimeafter11 pm.

•Dieselgeneratorsonlytobeallowedonsite.

•Allocationofsitesandpositioningofstandspacewillbeentirelyatthediscretionofthe organizers.

•Noalcoholtobeconsumedwhileshowisopentothepublic.

•Therearetobenocampfiresontheground.Raisedfiresareacceptable.Grounddamageistobe kepttoastrictminimum.Alimitedamountoffirewoodwillbeavailable;youmayneedtocut downtoanappropriatesize.

•Allstandsarerequiredtokeepthespaceallocatedtothemfreefromlitteratalltimes. Litter shouldbestackedandreadyforcollectionattheendofeachday’sevent.

•Allstandsareresponsibleforensuringthesecurityoftheirownstockandpossessions,andtoact asasafetystewardforthestandarea,thisistoincludefiresafety.

•Portaloo'swillbehiredforusebypublicandeventparticipants.

•Toiletsandwatertapscanbe foundinthe main car park.Pleasekeep theseclean,donotwashcookingutensils.inthesinks.

•Showersareavailableforuseatsettimeswithinthe Football Club. (50p charge)

•Catering for breakfast will be made available.Therewillbe additionalhotfoodstandsopen duringtheeveningsandearlymornings.

•Parkspeedlimit15mph,pleaseactivateyourhazardlightswhiledrivingintheParkand givewaytopedestriansandanimals.

•Woodforsmallraisedfireswillbeprovided.Pleasereturnunused wood tothedesignatedpoint.

•Fireextinguishersmustbeprovidedby eachgroup

•Theshowwillbesupporting The Royal British Legion.Allsitefeesgodirectlytothecharity.

•Anyonetakingpartintheshowthatisnotfollowingtheruleswillbe askedtoleavethe site.

• All weapons to be in a secure place by 6pm. No carrying of weapons after 6pm. You will be asked to leave the site if caught carrying a weapon after 6pm.

DuringtheshowpublicopeninghoursasitestewardwillbefoundattheCastle Reception. Anyquestionswhileyouareattheeventpleasecheckwiththesitestewards.
