CELL THEORY BROCHURE INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Get a blank piece of paper from the teacher. Fold the paper into thirds like the diagram shown to the right:

2.  On the title page, title the brochure “Cell Theory”. Include a picture and the author’s name (you). Make your title page attractive and colorful so that it makes the reader want to look through the brochure.

3.  INSIDE LEFT PANEL: At the top of this panel, write the first statement of the cell theory (look at your notes). Use the majority of the blank space to draw an example of this statement. At the bottom of this panel, write a brief explanation (2-3 sentences) of your example.

4.  INSIDE CENTER PANEL: At the top of this panel, write the second statement of the cell theory. Use the majority of the blank space to draw an example of this statement. At the bottom of this panel, write a brief explanation (2-3 sentences) of your example.

5.  INSIDE RIGHT PANEL: At the top of this panel, write the third statement of the cell theory. Use the majority of the blank space to draw an example of this statement. At the bottom of this panel, write a brief explanation (2-3 sentences) of your example.

6.  Look over the grading rubric on the back of this paper to see how you will be graded.
