LEADERSHIP IN THE MOVIES

Movies are excellent visual examples of leadership in action! They provide concrete models of behaviour for observation. Hollywood loves a strong leader because they have great stories to tell. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show, but don’t forget to take notes on the following:

1.  Who is the leader(s) in this film (if there is more than one, choose the individual you believe to be the most important to the story being presented)? Describe his/her role in the film and the setting of his/her leadership. How did they become the leader (e.g. elected?)?
