LEMOINE AVENUE VENDOR RESERVATION
Please reserve a space on Lemoine Avenue (between Main Street & Bruce Reynolds Blvd.) for the Street Fair to be held on Sunday, June 4th, 2017. I agree to the following terms and conditions in order to utilize this space for my business.
I understand that this offer is available to select Fort Lee Businesses until April 30th, 2017 at no cost and spaces will be sold on a first come first serve basis to Non-Fort Lee Vendors for $75. The Borough of Fort Lee must receive the Vendor Registration Form no later than May 20th, 2017 for vendors to be eligible for consideration. Applicants will be notified no later than May 23rd of the status of their application. All checks are to be made out to the Borough of Fort Lee and accompany the application form. I agree to provide my own table, tent, displays, merchandise and staff etc. to man my space.
I understand that there is NO available electricity for any spaces.
I agree to maintain the space in an orderly and clean manner during the Arts & Music Street Fair, and remove any and all goods, tables, equipment and garbage promptly that same evening from my space once the Street Fair is closed.
I am responsible for all goods that are for sale from my space.
I agree that the organizers do not bear any responsibility for injury, loss or damage to goods, displays, equipment or persons.
