  • L & W: Practice direct examination questioning. Work with group to prepare questions and closing statements.
  • J: Prepare “Steps in a Trial” Lesson

W: Practice answering your direct examination questions. Try to work on preparing for cross examination questions as well.
L: Finish closing statements. Practice both closing statements and opening statements.
