Overview & Instructions

Each year through the Bellevue College Foundation Faculty & Staff Excellence Awards(formerly Margin of Excellence Awards), the BC Foundation recognizes outstanding faculty, staff and administrative exempt employees who demonstrate a commitment to excellence through their contributions to the campus and to the community.

  • Awards of $2,000 each are given to a select number of recipients. Nominations may be submitted by students, faculty, administrators, staff, and trustees.
  • Employees who have been previously awarded cannot be nominated (previous winners are listed on the last page of the application). If you have submitted a nomination in prior years and the individual you nominated was not selected, you may submit your nomination again for future consideration.
  • Your typed nomination must be received by the Foundation no later than 11:59p.m. December 1, 2017. Forms may be emailed, dropped off, or mailed to the Foundation.

Nomination Criteria - BC Core Values
