Bone strengthening foods to add to your plate.
Your body needs the right foods and nutrients to maintain bone health. Here's the list to help you get started:
1.Dairy products like milk and cheese - rich in calcium which your body needs to build and maintain strong bones
2. Vitamin D rich foods such as salmon, canned tuna, egg yolk, fortified milk and fortified orange juice help your body absorb and use calcium. You can also get Vitamin D from sunshine.
3.Leafy greens like spinach have magnesium and vitamin K-nutrients that help you build strong bones and prevent fracture.
