Waitlistingfor a Course:

  • Waitlisting for a course indicates that you would like to enroll in a course that is full, but it does not guarantee you a seat in the course. The WL Act column shows how many students are already on the waitlist and the WL Rem column shows how many spots are available on the waitlist. Select the check box to the left of the course you wish to waitlist for. When the Closed-Waitlisted error message comes up, you must select Web Wait List from the drop down box and hit Submit to officially waitlist for the course.
  • When a seat becomes available in a course you are waitlisted for, you will receive an email in your Eagles email account telling you that you will be registered for the course. If you have a registration hold on your record or registration into the course puts you in an overload status (over 18 credits), Records and Registration will not be able to register you. Contact Records and Registration, Sutton 201,509.359.2321 immediately if you cannot confirm that you have been registered within 24 hours of receiving the email notification. Please check your Eagles email account frequently if you are on a course waitlist. If you no longer wish to be enrolled in the course, you must drop yourself from the course on EagleNET or in person; you are responsible for tuition/fees for all courses you are registered for.
  • If you have received instructor permission (signature) on your In-Person Registration/Change Form to add a course that has a waitlist, Records and Registration, Sutton 201, will not be able to register you in the course until the 6th business day of the quarter. Download an In-Person Registration/Change Form from the Records and Registration website.
