Campsie’s Phoenix Takes Flight
The eagerly anticipatedPhoenixEftpos Prepaid Card* received a massive response from Campsie RSL members at the launch onMay 2nd, with over 300 members signing up for the Club’s new loyalty solution within 48 hours of the doors opening.
“I couldn’t be happier with the success of thePhoenixCard launch at Campsie RSL,” saysDanielleRayner, Director of GSL Solutions, the program solution provider. “It has been the most energised so far, with members literally lining up through the doors to sign up for the card, and the popularity has only continued since.”
With a membership base of 6,500, Campsie saw over 700 members sign up for thePhoenixCard within the first 14 days of going live, attracting members from across the Club's diverse cultural background.
“We are committed to reaching all segments of our membership base, which is why we decided to have the entirePhoenixprogram translated into Korean, Vietnamese, Cantonese and Mandarin,” said Craig Love, Secretary Manager. “The response across the board here has been really positive.”
Campsie RSL is the latest Club in NSW to join the GSL Solution, the loyalty program solution that allows members to spend their rewards at over 400,000 points around Australia.** In addition to giving members the freedom of choice in rewarding themselves, the program is also backed with a specific marketing initiative as well as software and reporting systems thatinstantly generate customised reports ranging from member spending trends to gaming promotion reports, so that Clubs can directly measure the results of the program.
