Overall Evaluation Rating Scale

Evaluators are expected to use the below rating scale to determine an employees overall evaluation rating:

·  COMMENDABLE RATING- at least 7 sections marked “commendable” and 1 section marked “very good” or higher.

·  VERY GOOD- at least 6 sections marked “very good” or higher and no sections marked “unacceptable.”

·  ACCEPTABLE- at least 7 sections marked “acceptable” or higher and no more than 1 section marked unacceptable.

·  UNACCEPTABLE- at least 2 sections marked “unacceptable.”
