PreSlug Answer Sheets.

1.  Log into D2SC https://avondale.d2sc.com using Firefox web browser.

2.  On left hand side select Preslug Scan Sheet.

3.  Select your class.

4.  Select the Form Type -There are several different forms, form the Pre/Post test please use the following.

2nd Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-13)

3rd Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-13)

4th Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-14)

5th Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-13)

6th Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-14)

7th Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-13)

8th Grade: Use Form (D2SC-F-13)

5.  Under Additional Label please type in what test and date.

6.  Select the appropriate subject area or select all students.

7.  Click Print Forms (File will open as a PDF)

8.  Print - Be sure your page scaling is 100% or you will not have good results. Below are two examples of what your print screen may look like before printing.

(Page scale should say 100% ----- or ------in this screen page scaling should say none.)

If your print screen does not look

Then just click the box to the right of the printer drop down and it will expand.

Teachers with newer laptops

1. Go to file-

2. Print

3. The screen will say Layout in the middle-- change from layout to preview.

4.Then make sure that under scaling it says 100%- you might need to click on the show details on the left hand corner of the screen.

Preparing the classroom for assessment.

1.  Students should be sitting in rows or have a folder to cover their work.

2.  Room should be free from distractions and test in a quiet environment.

Giving the assessment:

1.  Give each student a pre-slugged answer document and test.

2.  Students should use a number 2 pencil on the answer document and make sure that students bubble in their answers dark and complete.

3.  Students should be working on the assessments by themselves.

4.  The test should NOT be read to the students.

5.  Provide any accommodations to students who are Special Ed per their IEP or English Language Learners.

Scanning Multiple Choice Assessments:

Please be sure students bubble their answers dark and complete. The directions for scanning are next to the scanner at each school site.
