Antenatal/Postnatal Clinic / Antenatal/Postnatal appointments for mothers, appointments made via midwifes.
Adult Education / Preparing for Work a five week course for parents with under 5s
Advice & Guidance / Advice and guidance on benefits, housing, work related issues and much more. Contact reception for appointment. Delivered by P3
Baby Clinic (Weigh & Stay) / Baby weighing clinic with local Health Visitors, please bring your red book. Our Family Support Worker and Breastfeeding Advisor are also available.
Baby Massage Classes / Classes to promote parent & baby bonding, speak to reception for next available sessions. (Held at Colham Manor Children’s Centre)
Baby Weaning Party / A monthly advice and guidance group for parents weaning their baby.
Breast Feeding Support / Trained staff can answer any questions and provide support on breastfeeding, drop in or make an appointment. Male worker available for Dads.
Charity Forums / Group of service users, having their say on improving the work we do. Parents and community versions available. Speak to reception.
Childminder’s Group / Childminders and their mindees as well as parents interested in meeting childminders. Speak to staff for further information.
Dads Support / Drop in service offering advice, guidance and support for fathers and expectant fathers. Please check with reception for staff availability.
Dietician / Nutritional guidance and support, referral by GP only.
Do You Remember? / Social group for our over 65’s. Includes games and group discussions.
First Aid / 2 hour sessions aimed at parents with young children. What and when to do!!
HAGAM & SORTED / Signposting available for drug and alcohol problems, referred to these services at reception.
HEADSTART / An eight-week course helping mums and dads (separate sessions) to build up self esteem and regain confidence. Starting in Sept 2016
Hillingdon Victim Support / Signposting available for victim support services, speak to reception.
Job Centre Plus / Advice and guidance available for parents with under 5s including benefit advice and back to work training. Book appointments via JCP
Lads2dads / Drop in service offering advice, guidance and support for fathers and expectant fathers. Please check with reception for staff availability.
Over 65s Support / Support and advice available for over 65s on arising life issues. Make an appointment at reception.
Parenting / A six week course offering tips and advice on parenting (under 5’s)
Pathway to…Employment / Advice on CV writing, interview techniques, IT and training, including job search. Job Club group sessions around employment
Physical Play / Six week sessions around children’s & parents well being through exercise and diet
Play Date / Stay and Play session for children ages 12-23 months and their grownups to play together. Book at reception.
Rollers and Shakers / Stay and Play session for children 0-12 months and their grownups with multi-sensory activity. Book at reception.
Small Talk / A speech and language session for the under 5s, ask reception for more details, referral Only.
Stay and Play / Play, story time, songs and a snack for under fives and their grownups. Book at reception.
Tea, Toast & Talk / Tea, Toast & Talk session for parents of under 5s to have some ‘ME’ time (crèche available), referral from charity staff only.
Ward Councillor Surgery / Yiewsley Ward Councillors available to assist you with any problems
Well Seasoned / A wellbeing session for over 65s living in Yiewsley, West Drayton and Heathrow Village Wards, including weekly physical and creative art activities.

The charity has regular volunteering opportunities available in areas such as fundraising, administration, session assistance and outreach activities.
