· REGISTRATION FEE: $35 per player.

· DEADLINE: 1st & 2nd grade = December 16, 2016 Pre-K & K = February 10, 2017.

· The viewing area for families to watch their child is very limited. Please note this and plan accordingly. Consider Coaching!!

à  Special requests -- Games are played on Saturday mornings. Each team will practice one evening per week,

Monday - Thursday. If your child absolutely cannot practice on a certain night of the week, please note this. If you would like your child to be with a particular coach or teammate for car-pooling reasons, please state who/why. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but make no guarantees!

If you own or know of a business interested in sponsoring a team ($100.00), please contact the Rec Director at 339-1923. Sponsorship includes: business name printed on back of team T-shirts and inclusion in “thank you” letter to editor of Troy Daily News. Deadlines: for first session -- Friday, December 23 and for second session -- Friday, January 17.

Registration Schedule

Registration will take place at The Rec, 11 North Market Street, Troy. Payment is due at the time of registration. Only the first 60 students to register for each session will be accepted.

Registration will occur on the following dates:

Monday-Thursday, December 5th-8th 4pm-7pm

Monday-Thursday, December 12th-15th 4pm-7pm

Friday, December 16th - 11am-1pm

Registration Fee--$35.00 (includes team t-shirt, award, and picture)
