May 19th HOA Meeting
Board Members: Jennifer Gullett, George Krause, Charlene Phillips, Sonja Krause, Stephanie Murray, Ian Reece, Ernesto Mier and Amy-Marie Preslar
The minutes from the April meeting were read and approved. A motion was made by Stephanie Murray to accept the minutes. The motion was seconded by George Krause.
The treasurer’s report was read. A motion to accept report was made by Sonja Krause and seconded by George Krause. The treasurer’s report was accepted as read.
Old Business
The new tables and chairs that were ordered for the pool area have been delivered. Thanks to George Krause for picking up the tables at RAM concrete and delivering them to the pool area. Thanks to Ian Reece, for coordinating the installation. Thanks to Jonathan Stockwell, Mark Stockwell, Eddie Sanchez and his brother for helping Ian to install the tables in the pool area.

New Business
It was decided that 2 more cement tables are needed in the pool area.
The board has asked for volunteers to move the existing cement benches from the pool area to the play area. Immediately after the meeting, Ian Reece, KevinLockhart and Ernesto Mier moved the benches.
All of the entrance signs into Grace Ridge development need to be replaced or updated. Stephanie Murray and Sonja Krause volunteered to get prices on the signs.
The board is looking for someone to build some new mailbox posts for residents. We no longer have an inventory of mailboxposts.
The first property inspection by Cedar Management will be done within the next month.
GRHOA would like to remind residents that the clubhouse reservations do not include pool access on weekends and holidays.
Please do not exit the clubhouse through the French Doors. Please do not enter the clubhouse from the pool through the French doors. No wet bathing suits in clubhouse please.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by George Krause and seconded by Stephanie Murray. Meeting adjourned at 7:50
Refreshments were available after the meeting. Residents had an opportunity to socialize and meet their neighbors.
