Train-the Trainer Programme 2016
Overseas Training Opportunities at Adult Training Facility (ATF), Headquarters Air Cadets (HQAC), Air Training Corps (ATC), RAF Cranwell, United Kingdom[Revised]
HKACChas been actively organizing joint trainings to foster members’ developmentwith the Air Training Corps (ATC) since 2005. The Train-the Trainer Programme was first launched in 2015 in which a total of seven selected officers from both Trg Gp and Ops Gp attended various courses organized by the ATF. This year, the HKACC has been offered to send six adult members to attend various ATF training courses again and would like to invite applications from eligible members.

Requirements / Junior Plt Off withat least 1 year active service / Fg Off or above with at least 1 year active service / Adult member (Instr to WO) with SDI or DI rating and with at least three years’active service / Adult members (Instr to WO) with SDI or DI rating, attended SSDIC run locally or in UK and with at least three yearsactive service
(ii) Proficient in both Written/Spoken English
(iii) A satisfactory performance in the selection interview

3. Please note that the course dates and types are only for reference at this stage. The availability is subject to acceptance and confirmation of ATF, HQAC, ATC as well as the actual training need of HKACC. Successful applicants are required to arrange their own air tickets, accommodation, meals and transportation as well as other personal expenses. The following subsidies may be provided subject to availability of funding allocated by HKACC: travel expenses to and from London or pick-up service at a train station near RAF, accommodation as well as meal expenses during the training period.
