2011 Model T Winter Tour

Please join us in Ocala, Florida and enjoy the rolling hills and forests of Central Florida!
We will be taking daily driving tours to visit horse farms, one of the largest private carriage collections in the world, an extraordinary private automobile collection, an automobile museum, take a glass bottom boat ride at Silver Springs and much more.
Our course, we'll make sure there's time again for a Model T Rodeo!
The tour will be headquartered at the Ocala Hilton this year. Sufficient parking will be provided for tow vehicles with trailers connected. You will be able to park your tow vehicle and access your trailer nightly, if you wish. There will also be room for motorhomes. Please call the Hilton to make your room reservations at: (877) 602-4023 or (352) 854-1400 and ask for "MODEL T FORD WINTER TOUR 2011" rate, which is $89 per night, single or double.
Sunday's Opening Banquet will allow everyone to get acquainted. We'll have an Ice Cream Social and Auction during the week as well as a Closing Banquet on Thursday. Any items you would like to donate for the auction will be gratefully accepted.

We will limit registrations to the first 100 cars this year. Please get your registration and motel reservation completed by December 31st.

Model T Ford Winter Tour 2011

It’s time to be thinking about another Winter Tour! You will love this year's accommodations, the routes and stops that we have planned for you. We are looking forward to seeing all of you again.
The Ocala Hilton is at Exit 350, off of I-75. From the northbound exit ramp, turn right and you will see it immediately on your right. From the southbound exit ramp, turn left, and you will see if immediately on your right.
All trailer parking will be behind the Hilton. Upon arriving, stop beside the canopy (not under) to unload your baggage if you will be checking in, otherwise follow the signs to the rear for parking.
Donated auction items can also be unloaded at check-in and stored in a conference room nearby. Any donations for our auction will really help with the 2012 start-up fund.
The Ocala Hilton has offered us a $89 per nite rate including their buffet breakfast! You may upgrade to their "Thoroughbred" VIP level for another $25 per nite. Room reservations can be made by calling (352) 854-1400 or (877) 602-4023 and mentioning "Model T Ford Winter Tour 2011". It is important that room reservations be made by Dec. 31st if possible.
Our negotiated tour room rate has been extended from March 4th thru March 12th for your convenience.
Don't forget to pack a swim suit!
For campers: there is a level grassy area on site (but without services) available. A RV campground with services is also within a 1 mile, call Ocala RV Camp Resort for reservations at (866) 858-3400 or (352) 237-2138.
All banquets, meetings, ice cream social, auction, etc. will be at the Hilton. The Model T Rodeo will be in the parking lot. Bring your lawn chairs.
Ladies: Bring some examples or pictures of your “other hobby” to share at our Ladies Night. You can demonstrate your hobby if you like.
Men: We are planning another Tech nite, so come with discussion topics and questions for our participants and experts!
