Loss of Discount:

  • If payments are not met according to above schedule (Option 1) rebates/discounts on all Booking Orders are nullified. Late payment on re-order invoices voids rebates/discounts on all Booking Orders.

DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • PRIORITY STATUS “BOOKING DEADLINE” OCTOBER 15, 2011
  • Booking orders placed before October 20, 2011 qualify for Booking Discounts and Terms as outlined above. All orders received after October 20, 2011 will be invoiced with normal payment terms
  • Two ship dates will be available for both Option 1 and Option 2
  • Ship date 1 - December 1, 2011 – February 15, 2012

(water skis/bindings, wakeboards/bindings, wake skates, wake surfers, tubes and kneeboards only)

  • Ship date 2 - February 15, 2012 – April 30, 2012 (all products)
  • Booking Orders may be shipped December through April only!
  • All Booking Backorders shipped after May 1st will be PDC 60 Days with appropriate discounts applicable
  • All Booking Orders must be paid in full to qualify for discount/rebate
  • Discounts will be accumulated and paid out to Dealers as a rebate cheque in October 2012
  • Re-orders will NOT be shipped to dealers with overdue account balances
  • Warranty returns must have RA# authorization and freight must be prepaid by the dealer.
