Our next Bible Adventure is the Gospel of Matthew and starts 7 PM Tuesday night Sept 4th and Friday 9.45 AM Sept. 7th. The cost for the study materials should be about $30.00. This does not need to be paid all at once and may be shared between family members or friends. We have purchased material for 50, We will have room for 50 or more so please invite one or two friends. St. Michael Catholic Church in Gainesville, GA is seeking a part-time Administrator to assist in managing the daily operations of its Hispanic Community Center. Qualified candidates must be fully bi-lingual (English-Spanish) in both written and spoken language, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be comfortable with managing a small office staff. Previous work experience in a Catholic Church environment is preferable. Responsibilities will include oversight of the office operations, ensuring compliance with various policies and procedures of the Archdiocese and the parish, budgeting and funds management, supervision of stewardship and fundraising activities, oversight of building maintenance and security, and providing general assistance to the parochial vicar to ensure satisfactory operations of the Center.
