Re: Registration Procedures for Summer Graduates
Counselors for all summer graduates must complete and submit the following:
o Summer high school 2013 Graduation Application (attached)
o Student scholarship record
o Directions on how to enter students on SIS will come from IT sometime next week.
o Diploma covers for all potential graduates
o Clearance sheet showing all classes completed in the spring semester of 2013 (including Evening School and Cyber High). If your school does not have one, please use the attached Galileo Senior Clearance Form.
These packages along with diploma covers for each potential graduate must be delivered to Galileo no later than Friday, May 24, 20l3. Please deliver them to Katie Pringle in Room 211.
