Why the SGHOA tree trimming and replacement program:

Many of the trees along the streets of our community are 10 – 15 years old and are in need of trimming. In addition some of the trees are Ash trees that have been infected by the Emerald Ash borer larvae (an invasive species from Asia). The Ash trees are diseased or still alive but beyond treatment and need replacement.Trimming and replacing trees along our roads will maintain the beauty of the community and the health of our trees. The HOA has developed a program for homeowner’s participation at no cost to homeowner.
