Sheboygan Youth Football – Fund Raiser(2017)

Mission Statement:“Sheboygan Youth football provides an opportunity for student athletes to participate in a positive and safe fundamental football experience to prepare them for high school and beyond.”

The Sheboygan Youth Football program is committed to the development of strong football skills, teamwork and character in boys (and sometimes girls) from grades 5th through 8th. These qualities build a successful football team, but more importantly successful individuals.

The cost of maintaining the football program like ours requires fund raising. Some of the expenses that our program incurs includes: uniforms, equipment, field rentals, insurance and other miscellaneous print fees, postage and more.

We are once again in needof each player to fund raise for Sheboygan Youth Football to help with the costs of running this amazing youth program. This year (2017) we are going with JUST Faye’s pizza’s as our fund raiser as it was our biggest source of money from last year. When need each child to do the following:

  1. Each child is to sell 50 pizzas.
  2. The deadline to sell until is July 23. This is equipment hand out date.
  3. On July 23rd you must turn in ALL your paperwork AND money.
  4. If the 50 total pizzas are not sold you will need to pay the difference in money or check form.
  5. Please make checks out to Sheboygan Youth Football.
  6. If your fund raising sheets are not turned in, your child will not receive their football equipment.
  7. Pizza vouches will be used again.

We encourage you and your child to sell more than 50 pizzas. We will provide the following incentive program. After the base 50 pizzas are sold, for every:

  1. 10 additional pizzas sold your child will receive a SYF t-shirt.
  2. 20 additional pizzas sold your child will receive a SYF shorts.
  3. 30 additional pizzas sold your child will receive a SYF long sleeve shirt.
  4. 40 additional pizzas sold your child will receive a SYF sweatshirt.
  5. For EVERY 50 additional pizzas sold your child will receive a $50.00

Last year we had too many sheets handed in late or at different places. This year we are doing one date and one place. This will not only help Sheboygan Youth Football, but it will make things easier for Faye’s Pizza and for the people who purchased the pizzas.

The pizza vouches for each child will be handed off to their respected head coach and the coaches will hand them to the kids. Date to be determined for the vouches to be handed out. Please watch our website as this information will be noted on there.
