We are proud to announce that this year's annual conference AIR CARE 2002 will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Airport in Minneapolis. Join us for a full day of seminars, speakers, brainstorming, and socializing with your fellow volunteers.
The schedule and registration form with hotel and local transportation information is included below and posted on our web site (www.aircareall.org) as well.

TRANSPORTATION:
· For commercial flights, use Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. You may take the complimentary Doubletree Hotel shuttle, which runs from the airport every half hour at approximately 5 minutes and 35 minutes after each hour. Taxis are available at an approximate cost of $15.
· If you are planning to fly privately, use Flying Cloud (KFCM) airport, Eden Prairie, MN. Fuel discounts and free tie-down service will be provided by Executive Aviation (southeast corner of the field). Rental cars should be reserved directly with Executive Aviation 952-943-1519 to obtain their corporate rate from Enterprise ($44/compact, $51 mid-size, $61 full-size). Unfortunately, no shuttle service is available between KFCM and the Doubletree. The taxi fare between KFCM and the Doubletree is approximately $25 each way.
· The Doubletree has a complimentary shuttle to the Mall of America, which is within walking distance, but you may want to save your feet for when you get there!
HOTEL INFORMATION: Call and make your reservations as soon as possible. (Block held to April 1)
Doubletree Hotel: A block of rooms has been set aside. The cut-off date for accepting reservations for this room block is Monday, April 1, 2002. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. Central on April 1 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

BANQUET INFORMATION:
The cost is $40 per person. Please select from either Roast Prime Rib of Beef or Grilled Walleye Pike. There will be a cash bar. Casual attire.
