The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City has housed thousands of families from around the world since they opened their doors in 1984, and the work they do to help these families – most of whom are facing incredible hardships as their relatives are treated in hospitals in the Oklahoma City area – is truly commendable. To help RMHC-OKC continue its work, Oklahoma 4-H is once again launching its Kids Helping Kids Campaign, and this year, the State 4-H Office wants to focus on making the campaign personal to 4-H members.

To achieve this goal, we want to feature at least one 4-H family who has stayed in the Ronald McDonald House in Oklahoma City in our marketing materials – in flyers, brochures, press releases and social media. By sharing these incredible stories, hopefully our Oklahoma 4-H’ers will yet again be motivated to step up, reach out to their neighbors, and raise money for this amazing charity.

To nominate a family, please return this form along with at least two large, high-quality images to the State 4-H Office by October 14, 2013.
