1.  Christopher Ross completed a Fulbright Fellowship to China studying the emergence of librarianship as a public service in the late Qing dynasty and early republican period.

2.  Michele Mason-Coles was one of four students named a National Library of Medicine Fellow.

3.  Allison Sherman was appointed Reference Librarian at Columbia Law School. Deborah Heller was also appointed to a position there.

4.  Israel Machado was appointed a librarian at the United Nations Dag Hammarskjold Library.

5.  Adriana Mark was appointed Head Reference Librarian, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Laura Jacobowski works with her.

6.  Celine Hwang was appointed Librarian, Special Investments Management Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

7.  Miriam Neptune was appointed Instructional Media and Technology Specialist at Barnard College.

8.  Daniel Murphy was appointed an embedded librarian at Cleary-Gottlieb.

9.  Valerie Carullo was appointed Government Resources Reference Librarian at New York Law School, and Karen Grushka is Assistant Reference Librarian there.

10.  Amy Sarola was appointed a Researcher at Oliver Wyman.

11.  Pepper Hedden was appointed a reference librarian at the Kings County, New York District Attorney’s Office.

12.  Britanny Person-Hagans was appointed a librarian at Seton Hall Law School.

13.  Barbara Deakin was appointed an ILL librarian at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed.

14.  Michael Bellacosa was elected President of the Fairfield Connecticut Chapter of the Special Library Association.

15.  Robert Drzewcki was appointed to the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of the Special Library Association.

16.  Errol Adams received a paid internship from the National Archives and Records Administration.

17.  Six students working in pairs presented posters at an ALA Annual Conference.

19.  Denise McIver was appointed Research Analyst in the Advancement Services Deptartment of Pepperdine University.

20.  Mary Zaccaria was appointed Patient Librarian at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in Morris Plains, NJ.

21.  Robert Drzewicki was appointed Content Information Manager at Gartner in Stamford Connecticut.

22.  Errol Adams was appointed an Information Resource Specialist at Kaye Scholer LLP.

23.  Patricia Canale was appointed Associate Registrar, St. John’s University.

24.  Gayle Malone persuaded her marketing firm to establish an information center with her as director.

25.  Jaclyn Morales was appointed Director of the Drug Information Center of the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, St. John’s University.
