Subject: Request for sponsorship for L.A Crude Sports Club
Dear Community Member,
The L.A Crude Sports Club is a member of Leduc, Alberta and will commence their thirty-first season this summer 2011. The club currently has 50 registered members ranging from ages 15 to 50, all from the greater Edmonton area. The club is established to promote community involvement and participate in the rugby sport.
Our season spans a period of 24 weeks starting in April and ending in August. During the season, the club members practice and play up to four days a week, with participation in games and tournaments over the weekend.
In order to be successful in its goals, the club is looking for financial support from individuals and businesses to cover such costs as coaching, purchasing jersey kits and equipment, and participation fees and travel to tournaments. Member fees unfortunately do not cover these costs entirely, so we are pursuing sponsorships to help subsidize these expenses.
We are hoping to develop long-term relationships with companies interested in supporting the L.A. Crude sports club. In return for their support, the club would recognize our sponsors on our webpage, banners at home games, playing equipment, uniforms, event flyers and emails and distributing promotional materials during events.
