The dinner will start at 19:30 and will be preceded by a guided tour in the Old Town. Please see the section “Transfers by bus on February 8th” below for further information.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Travel from Tallinn Airport to the Radisson Blu Sky Hotel
The hotel is ~15min away from the airport by taxi, the price should be 10-15 Euro maximum, taxis are available from the airport.
It is also possible to take the tram number 4 from the airport to the stop „Paberi“ and walk ~300m, the tram goes every 10min and the ticket costs 2 Euro.
TRANSFERS BY BUS on February 8th
8:45– bus will leave from the Radisson Blu Sky Hotel to the Ministry of Social Affairs (the venue of the PAC side-event)
17:15– bus will leave from the Ministry to the hotel
17:30– bus will arrive at the hotel
18:20– bus will leave for the guided tour in the Old Town
18:30–19:30– guided tour in the Old Town ending at the dinner venue
19:30–22:30– dinner
22:30– bus goes back to the Radisson Blu Sky Hotel
MEALS DURING THE EVENT
Lunch and refreshments during the event will be offered free of charge.
PERSONAL INVITATION FOR VISA
Participants who are in need of an invitation for a visa to enter the Schengen area are kindly requested to contact Mr. Jürgen Ojalo (contact details above).

Participants are kindly requested to bring their own copies to the event. Files for presentation during the event (such as ppt presentations) should be sent to the NDPHS Secretariat at least 2 days before it.
