Giving Our Members More
For some time, your committee has been giving a great deal of thought to ways of improving the benefits of NVA membership.
The NVA Constitution states 3 objectives as follows:-
a) to publicise and promote fencing within the Veteran age groups
b) to organise National closed competitions and such open competitions as the Association shall determine
c) to encourage and support other competitions to include veteran events
We have taken these as the basis for setting a number of aims.
These include:
· increased membership
· raised awareness of the NVA
· improved venues for NVA competitions
· increased attendance/performance at non-NVA organised competitions.
In addition we are aiming to
· improve and increase the number of NVA social activities
· provide fencing related education activities such as refereeing courses, armoury courses and similar activities.
We would like to undertake this programme with your support and, to this end, ask that you please use the following questionnaire to assist us.
