Getting started

  • From within the Oxford Network: Go to the OxLIP page (
  • Click on theE-books link and scroll down to click on :

MyiLibrary (E-books from CUP And Kluwer Law)

  • Follow the top link to open MyiLibrary. From this page you can browse the content of the packages, or choose to “quick search all my content”. Underneath there is a link for an advanced search. Click on this link now.
  • You can choose to search various fields from this screen. For example, type justice in the boxed marked with a title containingand click on start search.
  • You should now see a list of results. You can click on the hyperlink for the title, or the thumbnail image of the book:
  • You will now see more details of the book and a description. Click on the option to Read Book. You are now in the full text of the book and can move around page by page, by selecting a particular page number, and clicking Go to page, or by clicking on links from the Table of Contents on the left.
  • Click on the option for Remedies and Sanctions, for example, from the table of contents.
  • You can search for individual words or phrases within the book, by clicking on the search option at the top of the PDF (icon of binoculars). Search for the word reparation, for example, to see all instances of the word in the book.
  • You can click on the links at the top of the PDF to print, save, or email the text to yourself. If you use either RefWorks or EndNote, you can export the citation into your reference management software. For RefWorks this is a direct import.
