Treasurer’s Report:

The balance in the soccer town fund is $19,835.66. This is down over $1200 from the previous month and needs to reconciled. $175 was written for the men’s league but this will be reimbursed.
The Stratham Soccer checking acct should be closed out and consolidated with the town acct.

Harvey reported via email that he hopes to spend time on website development in May.

Kevin to generate a new flyer for incoming kindergarten families detailing sign up dates, equipment requirements, coaches needed, coaches clinic date, and other details that will help them be ready for the fall season. Flyer to be distributed during Kindergarten orientation in June.
It was agreed we would use PUG goals for the new small sided K and 1 & 2 programs in the fall. May need to order more.
Stratham has agreed to accept 5th and 6th graders from Exeter that do not play in their travel program.

Confirming … U11 Tryout dates are set for girls and boys teams (same times) at Stevens Fields.

Saturday June 7 5 to 6:30 PM
Girls Coach … Jon Huot
Boys Coach … TBD
Kevin, Jon and Mike will attend tryouts. Others welcome.

Kevin Peck suggested we investigate hosting the 2008 Fall State Tournament in Stratham for the U12, U13 and U14 girls and boys teams. Minimum field requirement … 4 Fields (Stevens and Vo Tech). He will contact NH Soccer to determine other requirements. He will also contact EYSA to discuss possibly co-hosting.
Mike suggested we need to review anchoring the goals at the Stevens Fields to minimize the possibility of accidents. Need to get more sandbags for goals.
