Opening remarks by the Executive Secretary of the ARA
The Executive Secretary of the ARA welcomed everyone and gave a brief overview of the history of the Work Group’s activities since its inception to date. He introduced Mr. Patrick Locquet the new Human Resources (HR) Technical Advisor who will be helping to boost the Group's activities.
Address of the President of the ARA
The President of ARA, after insisting on what is expected of the Working Group (setting up a database of skills, strengthen exchanges between members of the ARA, etc.) and asking the members to reflect on how to revitalize the Group, promised to put the necessary means at his disposal to enable it to function.
Presentation of Mr P.LOQUET HR Human Resources Technical Advisor
The presentation focused on the following terms:
-Recall of the terms of Reference
-How to capitalize and promote best HR practices
-What members of the ARA can expect from the various exchanges of the WG, and conversely, what they should not hesitate to share with various specialists
-What are the action-levers that the ARA provides its members
o The various training courses organized at the request of the working groups
o Audits, followed by operational recommendations
o Offering counsel
-The precise support provided by the HR adviser for each type of intervention
-Specific role of the HR technical advisor to the Executive Secretary of the ARA
Discussion about the opportunity to develop certain types of assistance (Database Operations, Audit, Counsel)
