Position Requirements:

  • Must be located in Gainesville, Orlando, Tampa, or Tallahassee but preference will be given to candidates that call Gainesville home.
  • This is a full-time remote position where the candidate will primarily work from home with 25% travel for face-to-face client or team meetings in town or nearby markets we serve.
  • A bachelor's degree in communications, business, or other related areas of study.
  • Self-motivated go-getters who aren't afraid of solving "puzzles" in data, features, client requests, etc.
  • Someone who isn't afraid to dive into technical issues and curiosities but not necessarily with developer/designer level skills.
  • An eye for marketing best practices, design and compelling web content.

Our Ideal Candidate…

  • Has 2+ years of work experience in a business environment.
  • Has a passion for writing and experience curating online content, which may include a personal blog or examples of published online work.
  • Possesses sales skills but previous experience in a sales role is not required.
  • Embraces both the art of digital marketing and the science (data) behind it.
  • Understands the power of SEO and has technical SEO knowledge or a desire to learn.
  • Has a growth hacker mentality.
  • Loves listening to customers with the goal of helping them craft their message and reach their audience.
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus!

General Position Description:

  • Use analytical methods to identify problems and find solutions.
  • Craft articles, FAQ's and news posts.
  • Utilize mixed media (written content, social media, photography, video) to give our users an idea of what it is like to live in a specific neighborhood or apartment community.
  • Use basic HTML editing to create and edit content across our websites.
  • Create evergreen content for online apartment listings, neighborhood guides and relocation guides.
  • Support our Market Directors (Account Reps) with apartment listing updates, client service and proposals.
