SEND THE E-INVITE TO YOUR CANDIDATE
- Enter the candidate’s email address in the E-Mail Addressfield and click Invite
- Once you click invite you will be taken to the next stage to complete the steps before sending the invitation to your candidate.
Please refer to screen shot below – All areas marked with a * are required fields
- The system automatically populates your name and email address in the From Information section
Under Applicant Information you will complete the following:
- Enter in the applicant’s first and last name and confirm the email address.
- In the Bill To section select your location.
- Under WFD Workflow this will be pre-populated with the correct selection Consent Plus.
- Select your Screening Package from the dropdown provided. Take note that all components of the BG that will be conducted appear after your selection. You have the following options below.
- Charge Type will be pre-populated with Invoice Account.
- You may key in aBill Code if need be, but this is not required.

Under the next section Invitation E-mail Options this will be pre-populated you will not need to complete any steps here.
- If you would like you may enter comments to be included in the email to the candidate using the Enter any comments or additional instructions for the applicant. Enter private notes for your view only in the Enter any
comments or notes for yourself box. You may also CC or BCC anyone you would like on the email to the candidate.
- Once all steps are completed above you will Click Send. At this point the candidate will receive the invitation to begin their process via email

Under the E-Invite section on our dashboard you have the ability to view each status of the E-invites sent to the candidates.
Undeliverable – If a candidate provides an invalid email address you will receive the notification here
Delivered– Shows the # of e-invites that have been delivered to the candidates. As the candidates complete the e-invites they will fall into the Ready folder
Archive – Once the candidate has completed the workflow, the invite will fall into this folder.
Expired – Any invites that expire (after 3 calendar days) will fall into this folder
Candidates during the workflow have an option to save and pick up where they left off. The dashboard provides you with the abilty to monitor the progress of the invite.
Workflows In Progress – Click into the folder and you will see which candidates have begun the process and what step of the process they are on.
E-Invites Not Started – Click into this folder and you can see which cnadidates have not begun the process at all within 24 hours.
