Preschool Policy Agreement
4-5 Class 2014-2015
I have read and understand the parent handbook of Legacy Learning Center Preschool. I am aware that tuition is due at the first class of every month. A late charge of $7.00 will be added if payment is not received by the first week of the month. There will also be a $25.00 supply fee due by the end of the first day of school.
(*If you have multiple children, the Supply fee will be $25.00 per child)
4-5 Classes will take place on Tuesday and Thursday
AM Classes are 8:30-11:30 PM Classes are 12:30-3:30
Total Tuition for the year is $630.00 (A rate of $7.00 per day)
(* All of our rates have been determined by the amount of days we will be attending for the year times our daily rate. We have listed options for you to pay your child’s tuition.)
We are offering a 10% discount for all of those who pay tuition in full for the year.
Your Prepay total with discount will be $567.00. To take advantage of the prepay discount, tuition needs to be paid in full by the end of the first day of school
(* When taking advantage of this discounted rate, you will have a 2 week drop period at the beginning of each semester, with a pro-rated amount for days attended for full refunds.)
We are also offering discounted rates to the families that have multiple children attending preschool. This applies for families that have children in the same class and or attending the 4-5 class. . Additional Discounts offered for your 2nd child 10% off and 3rd child 20% off.
