2CBD* studios located within CBD. The CBD is divided into several zones with some radio studios in damaged buildings and not accessible until remedial work completed. A limited police and military cordon remains in place. Power has not yet been reconnected to the full CBD.

3Radio New Brightonbegan broadcasting on March 14 from mobile studios at Central New Brighton School with essential news, information and entertainment programs for the eastern suburbs. The licence for this temporary station is held by the Radio Heritage Foundation. Programs are

supplied by Classic Gold.

4Operating LPFM stations are designated ** and are designed to be heard over a limited area, possibly only 1-3km from the transmitter site. This is not a complete list of all LPFM stations in Christchurch and may be changed without notice.
