4. Venue

Various areas in Israel.

The venues are subject to change.

5. Travel

The participating ensembles have to meet the costs of travelling to and from Israel by themselves.

International transport by air:

The organiser provides transport from a Ben Gurion airport to the festival venue.

6. Number of people

The maximum number of people per ensemble is 25(including artists, assistants, choreographs, drivers etc.).

Until 30th April 2014 the ensembles have to submit a list with the following data of each person: Last name, first name, sex, date of birth, function in the group, passport number. The data is collected exclusively for the purpose of festival organisation, will be handled confidentially and won’t be forwarded to thirs parties.

7. Visa

It is the individual responsibility of the group to meet all requirements for obtainment of visa for the travel to and stay in Israel on time.

Of course we are prepared to provide any documents and statements whenever needed in order to support visa applications in every respect.

Please, inform us about the status of your visa application until 30thApril 2014 at latest.

8. Accomodation and catering

Accommodation and catering during the festival are provided by the organiser. The catering includes breakfast, lunch and evening.

The groups will be accommodated in a youth Hostel.

Blankets, pillows, towels and bed clothes will be provided by the organiser.

9. Stage / technics and performances

The festival is an open-air event.

The stage platform is 8 metres x 10 metres and/or 10 metres x 12 metres. The stages are usually covered and the height is 8 metres.

The stages are equipped comprehensively with any kind of technical equipment, microphones and MC/CD players etc. are available. Special technical requirements should be told by the ensembles in advance so they can be met by the organiser.

The ensembles will perform at least one time on every day. The length of performances will be between 8 and 10 minutes. They will be given more detailed corresponding information before the event.

10. Application

Ensembles interested in participation can apply in written form – also by fax or

E-mail– until 31thDecember 2014 using the application form enclosed.

Together with the application, two or more photographs of the ensemble (original photos minimum 9 x 13 cm, digital photos in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi), information on the ensemble and further presentation materials qualifiedas DVD, Cd to give the organisers an imagination of the artistic level and repertoire of the ensemble should be submitted.

After the review of all documents and materials, maximum 6-8 participants will be chosen out of all applications received. The chosen participants will be informed correspondingly until January, 2014.

Notes :

  • Our festival will take charge of all the expenses of your stay in Israel which have been above metioned (accommodation,food, local transprtation and medical assistance for illnesses which have appreard in our country)during the dates specified in our invitation. If, for any reasons beyond our festivals, the group should stay in Israel more time, before or after, the expenses will be covered by the group.
  • With the signature of the application form the ensemble declares its agreement with the conditions and regulations of the festival. All changes have to be agreed separately and in written form.
