1.Call to Order: By Michelle Perry 11:32.

2.Celebration: We had 34 participants in the Swim Camp. 4 were invited to be new team members and others received invitations to join Splashers.

3.Minutes Discussion/Approval: Minutes from February 28thBoard Meeting. Motion to approve by Chad Englehart. Second by Katherine Kuehn. All approved.

4.Financial Report: Cara

a.Monthly Financials – Motion to approve all financials to date made by Chad Englehart. Second by Katherine Kuehn. All approved.

5.Hosted Meets Update: Tom / Coaches

-Intrasquad scheduled forApril 29th.

-SOS coming up.

6.Swim-a-thon: Misty Pryor / Michelle Kahler – Activities are being planned to include photo booth, craft, ring toss, dessert walk, possible showing of movies, and silent auction.

7.Coaches’ Report:

a.Swim Camp recap – see celebration above.

  1. Roster update – Currently 110 swimmers on team.
  2. New staff – Splashers/Splash Club – Splashers currently has 53 swimmers. We are adding 2 new adult instructors to help with the increased interest. Trevor Rietfors is also starting to coach the Silver Team once his paperwork is complete.
  3. P66 pool update – The executive committee will be looking at recommendations for the current pool.
  4. St Louis trip team – Notices have been sent to the 13 and overs that are qualified for this meet.
  5. Cocoa Beach – On hold at this time.
  6. Winter Sectionals – December 8-10 at the University of Missouri
