VENDOR CONTRACT

By this Contract, I, the undersigned, agree to participate as a vendor in the Linworth Children’s Center Holiday Gift Fest to be held on Friday, November 12th and Saturday, November 13th 2010, and to the following terms and conditions:

·  An 8’ table space with 2 chairs will be provided for my use at no charge to me. I may start to set up at 7:00 am on Friday, Nov. 12th and will have my merchandise out of the building no later than 2:30 pm on Saturday, Nov. 13th.

·  LCC will host a sale on Friday evening, Nov. 12th, from 3:00pm –6:30pm only for the parents of LCC children. I understand that I will not need to staff my table during this time. The LCC representatives will make sales for me during this time and give me the money made from these sales on Saturday morning, November 15th.

·  I will provide all table decorations and accessories, including table cover, for my assigned space.

·  The Holiday Gift Fest will run continuously from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on both Friday and Saturday, and I will staff my assigned space for that entire period.

·  I will keep a running account of my sales for each day and make this list available to the chairpersons of the Gift Fest. This list will show the dollar figure of my merchandise sold.

·  I will donate 20% of my gross 2-day sales (less tax and shipping) to LCC with a minimum donation of $40 required. I will pay LCC $40 to hold my Gift Fest space when I submit my contract. At the end of the Gift Fest, I will reconcile with LCC and pay the remaining balance of my donation.

·  I will donate a gift (a sample of my merchandise with a value of at least $10.00) to be used for a door prize drawing for the shoppers.

·  Merchandise that is special ordered can either be delivered directly to the customer or left in the LCC office for customer pick-up.

·  I understand that LCC assumes no responsibility for accidental breakage or theft of my merchandise and that I accept all responsibility for my merchandise during the hours that the show is open. LCC. will have the area locked for Friday night and you can leave your items there for Saturday’s hours.

·  Childcare is available to vendors from 8:30-2:30 on Friday and Saturday at a cost of $15.00 per day.

·  I acknowledge that I am an official representative of the ______company.
