  1. Compile a list of implemented activities for the last year of funding. The list should be a follow-up on the previously submitted workplan.
  1. Submit the financial report for the last fiscal year of the agreement period.

You are welcome to use whatever format that suits your organization best. However, make sure that the following issues are included in your final report!

Bear in mind to mainstream a gender perspective in the report, as this is a demand from both SSNC and Sida!

Internal organizational changes

  • Important changes within your organization during the period (eg new policies, staff changes, organizational developments, improved internal gender equality, new partners and new donors.)
  • Capacity building/development of the organization during the period. Consequences?

Developments and challenges in the context

  • Changes in the surrounding context affecting the project (eg a new law, a break-through in negotiations, etc.)
  • If relevant:If/how HIV and aids have affected activities and/or your organization,
  • If relevant: If/how your project and/or organization have been affected by an ongoing conflict.

Results during the period and results analysis

The results analysis should be written with a gender perspective.

  • Results-analysis in relation to the objectives stated in the application(see agreement, annex 1)[1]. Results should be verified.
  • Attach your results matrix to the final report.

Gender equality and rights perspective

  • Contribution to improved gender equality, achievements and challenges.
  • Implementation and operationalization of a human rights-based approach in the implementation of the project, achievements and challenges.

Stories of change

Tell us about a success story that your organization has contributed to during the period. You are very welcome to use photos – and if you do, please remember to add information abouteach photo (motive, full name of persons, date and location).

Risk management and internal control

  • Risks are events that may impact negatively on objective achievement. How did you manage the risks identified in your application during the project period? Where these risks relevant?
