ARC MEETING AGENDA

Having establishing a quorum the meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m.

Present were committee members Dora Cawood, Matt Schwab, and Nancy Beukenkemp. Homeowners present were Aaron Pierce and Jonathan Tidwell. Representing Bluewater Management Services was Megan Alford.

Ms. Cawood made a motion to approve the 09/23/2014 ARC meeting minutes. This was seconded by Mr. Schwab.

Request for Tree Removal

Mr. Schwab made a motion to approve the request for tree removal with no replacement required. This was seconded by Ms. Beukenkemp.

Request for Tree Trim and Removal

Ms. Cawood stated that the trees were removed prior to approval, and that no replacement is required. Ms. Cawood asked Management to remind the owner to seek approval beforehand and the ARC meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month

Mr. Schwab motioned that the fence can be no farther forward than the front left corner of the house intersecting the left property line, 20 feet from the corner pin. The privacy fence may be no farther forward than the adjacent house’s front porch. The variance is granted for the aluminum fence only. This was seconded by Ms. Beukenkemp.

Ms. Cawood requested that the landscape plan be resubmitted, and that the ARC needs to see the proposed windows without the mullions on a revised elevation.

The French doors and color have been approved

The Garage door and color have been approved.

Ms. Cawood reported that the progress is still very slow.

Request for Final Inspection

Ms. Cawood made a motion to approve for Certificate of Occupancy. This was seconded by Ms. Beukenkemp.

Request for Approval of Swing set

Ms. Beukenkemp made a motion to move the swing set or require additional screening. She requested that it be resubmitted with the changes. This was seconded by Ms. Cawood.

Request to Resubmit Fence Installation

Mr. Pierce presented his request to the ARC.

Mr. Schwab made a motion to allow the fence to be no farther forward than the neighbor’s front porch, where marked. This was seconded by Ms. Cawood.

Ms. Beukenkemp made a motion to approve the fence installation. This was seconded by Mr. Schwab.

Mr. Schwab made a motion to deny the driveway addition. This was seconded by Ms. Beukenkemp.

Ms. Cawood stated that the trees in the rear were removed prior to approval, and that no replacement isrequired. Ms. Cawood made a motion to deny the removal of the long leaf pine in the front of the house. This was seconded by Ms. Beukenkemp.

Request for Trailer to be kept on side of house

Ms. Cawood made a motion to deny the trailer to be kept on the side of the house. She stated that additional screening is required, and to submit desired screening for approval. This was seconded by Mr. Schwab.
