This letter is to inform you that you have failed to respond to my credit dispute letter that I sent to you certified mail on (date letter#1 was sent). As a consumer, I have rights under the FCRA and Federal Law mandates that you must respond to my dispute letter within 30 days of receipt of my dispute letter.
