The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy to Mongolia is now accepting applications for the 2015 -2016.Fulbright Student Fellowship Program for scholarships to be funded by the Government of Mongolia in following subject areas:
Education
Engineering
Health (Public Health)
Engineering Infrastructure
Information Technology
Science and Technology:
Public Policy
Environmental Studies
This Fellowship will fund full scholarships for graduate-level (M.A., M.S)studies at U.S.universities. Fulbright Student Fellows are selected by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy.
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a Mongolian citizen residing in Mongolia
- Hold a university degree (at least B.A. or equivalent, please provide a copy of your diploma)
- Be fluent in Englishand have an IBTscore of80, Institutional TOEFL 550; IELTS 6.5. (If you have not taken the test yet, it is important that you take the test as soon as possible and submit a copy of your TOEFL score report along with your application. Applications without TOEFL will be considered ineligible, so please plan accordingly. TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years. The test score shall be valid at least till August 1, 2014)
Please note:
- Preference will be given to candidates who have not had extensive recent experience in the United States.
- Students currently studying outside of Mongolia are not eligible to apply until they return to Mongolia.

- The application package must be complete, otherwise it will be considered ineligible. Please carefully read your application form and submit supplemental documents as requested.
Completed applications must be submitted to the Public Affairs Section by 16:00 on July 15, 2014:
Interviews will take place in August, 2014 at the U.S. Embassy.
